Refund & Return Policy

At YnoBe Tax Resolution & Accounting, we provide professional tax and accounting services. Because our services involve time, expertise, analysis, and regulatory compliance, our refund policy is outlined below.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific tax refunds

  • Tax debt reductions

  • Penalty abatements

  • IRS settlements or approvals

Government agencies make final determinations. Results vary based on individual circumstances.

3. Refund & Return Policy (Texas Compliant)

Because we provide professional services and not physical goods, the following policy applies:

Before Services Begin

Clients may request cancellation within three (3) business days of payment if services have not commenced.

After Services Begin

Once services begin — including consultation, document review, tax analysis, preparation, filing, or IRS communication — fees are earned and non-refundable.

Filed Returns

Once a tax return is completed and submitted to the IRS or any state agency, fees are fully earned and non-refundable.

Tax Resolution Cases

Payments toward investigation, compliance, or representation are non-refundable once work has started, regardless of outcome.

4. Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) Notice

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions waives any rights available under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 17).

However, dissatisfaction with a tax outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund if services were performed as agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Review all documents before signing or filing

  • Respond to requests in a timely manner

YnoBe Tax Resolution & Accounting is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Payment Terms

Payment may be required in full or through an approved payment plan.

Missed payments may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Termination of representation

  • Late fees

  • Collection action under Texas law

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Collection efforts

  • Legal remedies available under Texas law

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

YnoBe Tax Resolution & Accounting shall not be liable for:

  • IRS or state processing delays

  • Government decisions

  • Penalties due to client-provided inaccurate information

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
